The program commenced with a serene Prarthana (prayer) followed by Yoga Asanas, Bhramari, Pranav Jap, Gayatri Mantra, and Shantipath, performed by students from Classes I to VIII. A special Common Yoga Protocol session was organized for students of Classes V to VIII, reinforcing discipline, mindfulness, and physical fitness.
