Celebrating a Decade of Excellence
Dear Visitor, Parents and Well-wishers,
As Vidya Pratishthan’s Dr. Cyrus Poonawalla School (CBSE), Baramati, completes a glorious decade, I look back with pride and gratitude. What began as a small sapling ten years ago has today spread its roots deep and strong, growing steadily with every passing year. Education today stands at a challenging crossroad. With JEE, NEET and other professional courses becoming highly competitive and in great demand, the pressure on students is immense. We at VPDCPS acknowledge this reality and equip our learners with the academic rigor, problemsolving skills, and discipline needed to excel in these arenas.
Yet, we firmly believe that education is not merely a race for marks and ranks. Our vision and motto, “Touching lives forever,” continue to guide us. While preparing students for competitive success, we remain committed to holding our culture, values, and ethos very high. Our focus is on the all-round development of every child – nurturing intellect, character, creativity, physical fitness, and social responsibility in equal measure. Through experiential learning, sports, arts, life-skill programs, NCC, and community outreach, we strive to shape young minds into confident, compassionate, and responsible citizens of tomorrow. In these ten years, our classrooms have seen curiosity turn into conviction, talent into achievement, and dreams into reality. This journey has been possible because of the unwavering support of our Management, the dedication of our teachers, the trust of our parents, and the spirit of our students. As we step into the next decade, we rededicate ourselves to the pursuit of excellence with humility. We will continue to adapt to changing educational demands without compromising on the core values that make VPDCPS unique. Join us as we nurture not just toppers, but torchbearers – young individuals who will lead with knowledge, serve with empathy, and live with integrity.
With warm regards,
Ms. Yashaswini T. Nigade (M.A., B.Ed., D.S.M.)
