Vidya Pratishthan’s Dr. Cyrus Poonawalla School organised an enriching teacher development session on ‘Team Building, Classroom Culture and Effective Teaching Techniques’
The session was conducted by Mr. Balaji Gholave, Primary and Secondary Coordinator, Phaltan, who brings 15 years of experience in education and two years of experience in teacher training and professional development.
He shared practical insights into managing classroom discipline, adopting effective teaching techniques and strengthening teamwork. Through interactive activities such as Wisdom of the Wheel, teachers explored the importance of communication, positive behaviour and a healthy classroom environment.
The programme began with Saraswati Puja, followed by the felicitation of the resource person with a sapling as a token of appreciation.
The session provided an enriching opportunity for teachers to exchange ideas, reflect on their practices and strengthen their commitment to creating meaningful learning experiences.
