The campus of Vidya Pratishthan’s Dr. Cyrus Poonawalla School (CBSE) Baramati came alive with energy and excitement as the House-wise Dahi Handi Competition began at 10:30 a.m. in the open school grounds.
With teamwork, coordination and unstoppable enthusiasm, Takshashila House emerged victorious, successfully breaking the handi in just 12 seconds! 🎉🏆 The spectacular performances by all the houses made the competition a thrilling celebration of our rich cultural spirit.
The festivities continued as the Classes X, XI and XII organised a lively Teachers’ Day celebration for the teaching, office and non-teaching staff. In a beautiful gesture symbolising everlasting bonds, growth and gratitude, students greeted the staff with saplings—a heartfelt reminder that the seeds of knowledge and care continue to grow.
The celebrations were filled with laughter and joy through exciting games like Musical Chair, True or False and Whispering the Sentence. 🎶😄
The programme concluded at 1:00 p.m., leaving everyone with happy hearts, cherished memories and a renewed sense of togetherness.
