Vidya Pratishthan’s Dr. Cyrus Poonawalla School (VPDCPS) recently held its school council elections under the guidance of principal Ms. Yashaswini Nigade, marking a significant milestone in promoting student leadership and democratic values. This year’s election saw a innovative twist – a shift from traditional ballot papers to a computerized voting system, made possible by the school’s tech-savvy computer teacher who developed a custom software for the purpose.
The Elected Leaders:
After a keenly contested election, the results were announced, and the following students were elected to key positions:
- School Captain (Boy): Shivtej Bhosale
- School Captain (Girl): Prarthana Shetty
- Vice Captain (Boy): Siddhesh Jadhav
- Vice Captain (Girl): Reva Bharkad
